Job summary

Haven Home Care in Ohio is hiring caregivers to assist older adults at home across Summit County. You’ll help with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, and companionship, while staying active on your feet.

This is hands-on home care, not medical tasks. Paths to qualify include STNA license ($18/hour), HHA certificate or RN/LPN supervision ($16–18/hour), or a 32-hour free training option for those with no experience.

Qualifications

• STNA license active or expired and eligible to work.
• HHA certificate (30+ hours) or RN-signed documentation required.
• Experience — 1+ year at one company under RN or LPN.
• No experience — 32-hour training (6 days, unpaid) available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, companionship.
• Provide hands-on care; physical tasks; does not perform medical tasks.
