Haven Home Care Inc. is hiring caregivers to assist older adults in Summit County, Ohio. Care involves home-based daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.

No medical tasks are performed. Flexible scheduling and travel to multiple clients are common, with pay scales from $16–$20 per hour depending on license and experience. Additional earnings come from holiday pay, referrals, and performance raises, with W-2 employment and biweekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• STNA license: $18/hour
• HHA certificate (30+ hours, RN-signed unless online): $16-18/hour
• Experience — 1+ year at one company under an RN or LPN: $16-18/hour
• No experience — free 32-hour training (6 days, not paid): $16/hour

Responsabilités

• You go to people’s homes and help with daily life (baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, companionship).
• This is physical work; you’re on your feet most of the day and help people move around.
• You do not give medicines or perform medical tasks; that is for nurses.
