Job summary

Live Well Home Care is seeking a compassionate home health aide to support clients in their Montana home. You will assist with ambulation, bathing, dressing, transfers, meal planning, and personal care while maintaining safety and dignity at all times.

You will also provide companionship, routine housekeeping, and respite support per care plans, coordinating with the Branch Manager to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Duties performed per written care plan.
• Observe client conditions and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide companionship and monitor safety.

Responsibilities

• Ambulation, bathing, dressing, and transferring clients as needed.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding per care plan.
• Provide personal care (mouth, skin, nail care, grooming) and hygiene support.
• Support routine housekeeping tasks (bed making, dusting, vacuuming, laundry).
• Offer companionship and aid social interactions to stimulate the mind.
• Provide respite care for families per care plans.
• Escort clients to medical facilities, appointments, or outings as specified.
• Observe clients and environments; report unsafe conditions to Branch Manager.
