Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including ambulation, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide personal care and ensure client safety and security in the home.
• Offer companionship and social interaction to support emotional well-being.
• Perform meal planning, cooking, housekeeping and laundry per care plan.
• Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and outings per care plan.
• Support with medication reminders and mouth/nail care as directed.
• Document care activities and communicate with the Branch Manager and care team.
• Follow the written care plan and agency policies to ensure consistent service.
