Qualifications

• Experience with personal care and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Implement care plans and follow branch policies and industry standards.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
• Monitor client safety and report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal planning/preparation as directed.
• Assist with medication reminders and hygiene routines.
• Document observations and communicate changes to the care team.
