Job summary

Live Well Home Care in Montana is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home support to clients who need assistance due to age, illness, or disability. You will help with daily living, personal care, and companionship, delivering services in a respectful, client-centered manner.

Duties include bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, and respite care for families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care including ambulation, bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, encouraging activities that stimulate the mind.
• Follow care plans, monitor safety, and report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands per the care plan.
• Escort clients to medical facilities and outings as specified in the care plan.
• Assist with medication reminders and mouth/skin care per care plan.
• Communicate with Client Care Team and Branch Manager to provide input and improvements.
