Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
• Comfortable providing personal care and following care plans.
• Clear background checks and onboarding required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as required.
• Provide medication reminders per policy.
• Observe changes and report to care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
