Right at Home – Indianapolis West is actively hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We welcome caregivers with varying levels of experience and offer growth opportunities.

Earn $14.00–$17.00 per hour, with flexible schedules, weekly pay, and supportive management. This is a community-based, in-home care role focused on dignity, safety, and quality service.

Qualifikationen

• Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a working cell phone and be able to communicate with the office.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Must Successfully Complete Required Background Checks And Onboarding Requirements.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by agency policy.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when authorized.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care management team.
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and safety.
