Job summary

Right at Home – Indianapolis West is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in home settings. We offer Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs with flexible, full-time, and part-time shifts, plus weekly pay and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

Experience in caregiving or home health preferred.
Able to communicate with clients and office staff.
Willingness to complete background checks and onboarding.
Comfort with personal care tasks.
Background in dementia/hospice is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
Provide medication reminders as permitted by policy.
Assist with errands, grocery shopping and transportation when authorized.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care management team.
Provide compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy and safety.
