Qualificações

• Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English for job duties.
• Able to follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Must pass background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Experience with dementia, hospice, or mobility assistance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by policy.
• Assist with errands, groceries, and transportation to appointments when authorized.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care management team.
• Provide compassionate care while preserving client dignity, privacy, and safety.
