Right at Home – Indianapolis West is actively hiring compassionate caregivers to join our growing team, helping seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We offer competitive pay ($14.00–$17.00/hour), flexible scheduling (various shifts), weekly pay, client referral bonuses, and recognition programs, plus a mobile clock-in system.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual and professional.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
• Able to follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Background checks and onboarding required.
• Experience with dementia, hospice, Hoyer lifts, and mobility a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping, laundry and errands as needed.
• Observe changes and report to care management; maintain documentation.
• Provide compassionate care with dignity, privacy and safety.
