Job summary

PrimeCare Home Care Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in Newnan, GA. You will implement care plans, assist with daily activities, monitor health, and provide companionship to improve quality of life.

Ideal candidates are reliable with excellent communication, able to follow instructions, and dedicated to respectful, person-centered care in a home setting. In-person BLS/CPR and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home health care is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.
• HHA or PCA certification required.
• In-person BLS/CPR and TB screening needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks per Clients Care Plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe client needs and report to supervisor.
