Qualifikationen

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant is required.
• HHA or PCA certification is required.
• Valid BLS/First Aid & CPR training required (in-person).
• TB screening/PPD chest X-ray within 30 days.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Carry out tasks per Client Care Plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate observations to supervisor and adapt to client needs.
