Job summary

The Participant Care Associate (PCA) role at PACE Southeast Michgan provides in-home, community-based, and day health center support to frail elders. You will follow the PCA/CNA Care Plan, assist with daily living activities, transport, and appointments, and document care accurately on each visit.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Michigan driver’s license, CPR certification, and a year of elder-care experience in long-term care, hospital, or home care settings;

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Must have one year of frail/elderly population experience.
• Certification in direct care or related field preferred but not required.
