Assisted Living Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide in-home eldercare services to clients.

This full-time role offers flexible shifts including weekend availability and covers duties such as ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Applicants should have 1+ year experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to follow all guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a home care or healthcare setting.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to comply with all legal and institutional requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic domestic services (meal prep, laundry, light housework).
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the client.
• Assist with mobility issues, helping client get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
