Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a CNA to work in the Williamston area. Shifts are Mon-Wed-Fri 9:00–12:30 and Tue/Thu 11:00–3:00. The home care aide provides services at patients' residences, assisting with hygiene, daily living, transfers, and basic nursing tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include meal prep per dietary guidelines, documenting changes, and maintaining care plans. EVV timekeeping and confidentiality are required; medications are not administered.

Competenze

• Must maintain DFS certification.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Compassionate, patient caregiver.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.

• Assist transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Record and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain EVV time sheets as required.
