Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide skilled personal care and ADLs in patients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will report to the RN and participate in care conferences and staff meetings.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current CPR certification, and state-regulated licensure/certification. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling are offered to support ongoing training and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• CPR certification and health certifications per state requirements.
• Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patient care.
• Ability to follow directions, read and write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient personal care, ADLs, and household chores as outlined by the care plan.
• Assist with simple procedures as delegated by RN or therapist.
• Support patient ambulation and prescribed exercises.
• Assist with medications ordinarily self-administered as allowed by state regulation.
• Maintain infection control practices and privacy of patient information.
• Complete visit records in a timely manner and report changes to RN.
