Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for in-home care under RN supervision. You will provide direct patient personal care and assist with ADLs, meals, and light housework in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include documenting visits, maintaining infection control, and reporting changes in patient condition to the RN. Training is provided, with emphasis on confidentiality and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Maintains CPR certification per state requirements.
• Maintains licensure/certification per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient personal care and ADLs per care plan under RN supervision.
• Assist with meals, household tasks, and delegated duties.
• Assist with simple procedures as an extension of nursing/therapy services.
• Maintain infection control practices and hand hygiene.
• Document visit records timely and report changes to the RN.
