Job summary

No Worries Care Everett is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients at home across Mill Creek and surrounding areas. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals, providing personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, meals, and companionship.

A CNA or HCA is preferred, but we’re open to candidates willing to obtain certification. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, immediate start, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive office team focused on delivering

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability.
• Willingness to obtain CNA/HCA certification if needed.
• Compassionate and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Help manage medications and follow care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
• Support light housekeeping and maintain a clean living space
• Foster social engagement and communication with clients
• Coordinate with family and healthcare professionals
