No Worries Care in Mill Creek, WA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping them live safely and comfortably with dignity.

Whether you're experienced or new to caregiving, a CNA or HCA certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it. We offer immediate start, flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, weekends, NOC), competitive hourly pay, and a supportive office team that helps you deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related field experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
