No Worries Care Everett is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in Everett, WA. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal planning, and medication reminders as directed by care plans.

We value empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in clients' homes. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with a flexible schedule and paid orientation to help you start confidently.

Qualifications

• CNA or Home Care Aide credential preferred.
• Experience in caregiving and empathy required.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with transferring and mobility.
• Assist with medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
