Job summary

System Support seeks a Certified Home Care Aide to support patients in Miami/Clark County and Central Montgomery County under licensed nurse supervision. The role requires high school completion, OBRA 87 competency, and preferred Home Care Aide certification. Responsibilities include basic nursing tasks and documenting care provided.

Required are CPR certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation. Experience 1–3 years in home care or similar settings is expected.

Qualifications

• High school completion or GED required.
• Preferred Home Care Aide Certificate.
• Must complete competency evaluation (OBRA 87) with 70% written score or higher.
• Must be physically able to stoop, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must read, write, and follow written care instructions.

Responsibilities
