Addus HomeCare in New Mexico is hiring Home Care Aides (HCAs) to support seniors and people with disabilities living at home. The role is on-call for 5 days a week with 20 hours guaranteed up to 40 hours per week, including weekend days.

You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation to appointments, as well as help with medications. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation; if by car, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Call in to the office every morning for assignment.
• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Transport client to doctor's appointments and essential errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
