Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Largo, FL. You will assist clients with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, and transportation to appointments while following care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Current CPR certification (required).
Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting.
Recent TB test results.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Accompany clients to appointments.
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
Monitor and report changes in client condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support; encourage social connections.
Follow care plans and agency protocols.
