Job summary
SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Florida is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care for the elderly, helping them live safely and independently at home. You'll assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, light housekeeping, and monitor changes in condition while following care plans and agency protocols.
CPR and HHA certifications are required, with background checks and TB tests.
Qualifications
- Valid HHA certification is required.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Minimum 1 year of in-home caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting.
- Recent TB test results.
- Compassionate, reliable, professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Accompany clients to appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning).
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
