Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Seminole is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team in the St. Petersburg area. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, light housekeeping, and monitoring client conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, in-home care preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
