Job summary
SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to work in Pinellas Park. You will help clients live safely and independently at home by assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, light housekeeping, and emotional support.

Qualifications
- HHA certification valid and up to date.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience, in-home care preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Accompany clients to appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
