Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Seminole is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This role supports clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, transportation, and companionship.

Requirements include a valid HHA certification, current CPR, at least 1 year of caregiving, a valid driver’s license, and a TB test. We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, paid on-site training, overtime/holiday pay, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Level 2 Background screening with fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
