Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Seminole is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) for the Largo, Florida area. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, and light housekeeping while monitoring client conditions and following care plans.

We offer on‑site training, 24/7 management support, and flexible scheduling. Earn $17–$19 per hour with overtime and holiday pay, plus direct deposit and recognition programs. Background checks and TB test required.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
