Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn, MA is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care across multiple local areas. You will assist with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and follow personalized care plans to support client safety and comfort.

We welcome compassionate individuals with at least a high school diploma or GED, a valid HHA certificate, CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Home Health Aide certificate.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of caregiver/home care experience preferred.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• HIPAA awareness and client confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
