Job summary
BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to join our team. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients and their families with dignity and respect.
We offer flexible hours, competitive pay up to $21 per hour, weekly pay with Direct Deposit, and RN oversight. Training, advancement opportunities, and mileage reimbursement are available to help you grow with us.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Home Health Aide certificate required.
- Certified CPR.
- Able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
