Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is hiring Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care and companionship to residents in a respectful, dignified manner.

You will assist with ADLs, escort residents to meals and activities, and support their overall wellbeing while following established policies and guidance from supervisors. English proficiency and CNA/PCA/HHA certification are required.

Qualifications

• CNA, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide certification required.
• Ability to understand and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• English speaking and reading proficiency required.
• Experience with geriatric care and dementia is a plus.
• Reliable, gentle, compassionate demeanor with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
