The Bristal Assisted Living in Englewood, NJ is seeking dedicated Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents in a respectful and dignified manner. You will support daily living activities, escort residents to meals and activities, and help maintain safety and wellbeing.

Full-time schedule includes one weekend shift per week. CNA/PCA/HHA credentials and English proficiency are required; Alzheimer’s/dementia care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Alzheimer's/dementia care experience is a plus.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.
• Reliability, compassion and gentle touch are essential.
• Maintain respect for the elderly and stay calm in all situations.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving their physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Help in Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort of residents.
• Follow policies and instructions from Nursing leadership.
