The Bristal Assisted Living is actively seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on, respectful care for residents in a premier senior living community.

In this role you will support daily living activities, assist with mobility and wellbeing, and maintain a safe, comforting environment for our residents. A CNA/PCA/HHA certification and English proficiency are required, with prior geriatric care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA/PCA/HHA certified.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia a plus.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Prior geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Assist in Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Follow all policies and procedures and instructions from Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness.
