Job summary

The Bristal is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care for residents in a warm, dignified manner. You will support daily living activities, escort residents to meals and activities, and help maintain safety and comfort within the community.

Successful candidates will have a CNA/PCA/HHA credential preferred, experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus, and must read and speak English.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide credential preferred.
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Prior geriatric population experience preferred with ADLs assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving overall well-being—physical, emotional, psycho-social.
• Assist in Wellness area and follow Nurse Shift Supervisor guidance.
