Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is seeking a Wellness Nurse (PRN) to support the health and well-being of residents at our community.

You will collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and medication staff to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence, while delivering compassionate care. Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, delivering care per plans, administering medications, coordinating with outside providers, and documenting changes.

Qualifications

• State regulations and procedures compliance experience.
• Graduate from accredited practical nursing program.
• Current nursing license and state registration (LPN or RN).
• Three years' experience in assessment and geriatric nursing preferred.
• Compassion for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of admission process including screening, assessment, and care needs.
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physicians' orders.
• Coordinate care with outside providers including resident physicians.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures.
