Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident admission screening, assessment and care needs.
• Deliver care per resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Coordinate care with outside providers including resident physicians.
• Document care and resident observations, noting significant changes.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations, policies and procedures.
