• Reliable, punctual and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation logistics for residents, including scheduling doctor appointments and hospital pickups.
• Act as on-call point of contact for transportation needs, including emergencies.
• Coordinate activity outings and organize transportation for recreational participation.
• Handle phone calls related to transportation requests, confirmations and scheduling.
• Maintain organized records of transportation schedules and related documentation.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth coordination of resident transportation services.
• Ensure transportation activities comply with safety standards and facility policies.
• Assist with other related duties to support resident well-being and facility operations.
