Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a part-time Caregiver for CorsoCare Personal Care at Haywood Estates in Greenville, SC. You will provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents, including bathing, dining support, mobility, and daily routines, while following 1440 care standards.

Responsibilities include documenting care, communicating changes to the Wellness Leader and families, and supporting the care team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Healthcare, geriatrics or elderly-care experience preferred.
CNA or MA certification preferred.
Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Actively supports our culture and 1440 care standards.
Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by the Wellness Coordinator.
Provide compassionate care: bathing, dining assistance, escorts, toileting and incontinence care, routines.
Medication assistance and personal care/medication administration.
Provide care for resident pets, including feeding and bathroom needs.
Complete and document records in the log book.
Stay flexible to help other shifts and attend required meetings.
Maintain safety knowledge and follow all procedures.
Communicate care changes to Wellness Leader and families as needed.
