StoryPoint Group's CorsoCare Personal Care service at Independence Village of Madison Heights is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/CNA to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents. You will support daily living activities, monitor changes in residents' conditions, and document care in logs with attention to safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics or elderly care experience preferred.
• CNA/MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports our culture and 1440 care standards.
• Provide bathing, grooming, dining assistance and mobility support.
• Assist with medication administration and personal care.
• Complete and document records, logs, and shift tasks.
• Communicate changes to residents' needs to Wellness Leader and families.
• Attend staff meetings and training; maintain safety procedures.
