StoryPoint Group is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver for CorsoCare Personal Care at Solista Charlotte. The role involves providing caring, personalized assistance to residents in our community.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED (preferred), healthcare/geriatrics experience, and CNA/MA certification (preferred). You may lift up to 25 pounds and must follow clear instructions and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare or geriatrics experience preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports organization culture and 1440 care standards.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by Wellness Coordinator.
• Provide compassionate care: bathing, dining assistance, wheelchair/escort, toileting, grooming.
• Assist with morning and bedtime routines and light room upkeep.
• Respond to resident call signals and document care in logs.
• Communicate resident changes promptly to Wellness Leader.
• Attend meetings and stay informed on safety and procedures.

Skills
