Qualifications

• Serve as the initial contact for families during transfer of the decedent.
• Must be ≥21 years old and able to lift 100 lbs safely.
• Hold a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to families and direct them to resources.
• Safely transport the decedent and navigate roads under all conditions.
• Be available for on-call shifts, nights and weekends.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with laws.
• Follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and act promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and assist with other duties as needed.
