Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience: At least 1 year as courier/driver with direct customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfers: Safely drives company vehicles for first-call transfers of deceased, complies with laws and policies.
• Cooperates with first responders, hospitals, coroner, and care facilities as required.
• Interacts with bereaved families on home transfers in a professional, compassionate manner.
• Enters transfer information into proprietary software per procedures.
• Transports caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes and assists with moving them.
• Vehicle maintenance: washes, vacuums, cleans, fuels, and maintains vehicles; follows safety guidelines.
