Responsibilities include coordinating transfers, maintaining chain-of-custody records, and performing light vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience preferred in courier/driving with customer interaction.
• Able to work on-call weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Transfers safely drives company owned professional vehicles to perform 'first call' transfer of deceased in accordance with laws and policies.
• Follows chain-of-custody, paperwork, and deceased identification processes.
• Interacts with families respectfully during home transfers and maintains discretion.
• Transports caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes and assists with moving them.
• Performs basic vehicle maintenance and ensures cleanliness.
