Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Transfer Care Specialist in Tucson, AZ. You will be the first point of contact for families, transporting decedents with compassion, managing paperwork, and supporting funeral home operations with professionalism.

The role requires a 21+ age, 100 lb lifting capability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work nights/weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and courteous, empathetic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift 100 lbs safely.
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Transport the decedent from nursing homes, hospitals, residences, or coroner's offices to the funeral home with care and compassion.
• Safely navigate local roads and highways; use GPS or direction apps; handle on-call shifts.
• Fill in for funeral attendants and full-time staff as needed, including driving the hearse.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with relevant laws.
• Maintain a professional appearance and perform other assigned duties (e.g., washing vehicles).
