Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Transfer Care Specialist in Oregon. You will be the families' first contact, transporting decedents from various facilities to the funeral home, and you must remain composed with compassion.

On-call shifts including nights/weekends may be required, with a valid driver’s license and safe lifting ability expected. Responsibilities include accurate paperwork, safety-compliant transport, and coordinating tasks as directed while presenting a professional

Competenze

• Valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs safely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Transport the decedent from nursing homes, hospitals, residences, or coroner's offices to the funeral home.
• Maintain composure and compassion in challenging situations.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
