Rose Hills seeks a compassionate funeral services associate to act as the primary family contact for visitations and services, ensuring arrangements align with family needs and contractual terms. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage visitation flows, and oversee audio/visual setup.

The role requires delivering empathetic client experiences, strong communication, adherence to regulations, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Funeral services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to grieving families ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Primary family contact for visitations and services, coordinating with internal resources.
• Direct visitation, funeral, and graveside services professionally and empathetically.
• Ensure chapel/audio visual setup is proper and tested before services; assist with setup and cleanup.
