Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; willingness to learn.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong compassion, integrity, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for services by arranging floral items, chairs, caskets, and keepsakes.
• Handle service-related documents and cremation paperwork.
• Assist with remains preparation and operation of crematory per law.
• Answer phones, operate office equipment, and run errands.
• Greet client families and support visitations and funeral services.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and transporting families.
• Ensure refreshments and transportation needs are met.
• Assist with setup for visitations and chapels.
