Responsibilities

• Prepares for services, delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance.
• Assists with preparation of remains and related duties as permitted by law and company policy.
• Answering phones and operating office equipment; basic clerical tasks.
• Run errands for supplies, deliveries, and related items.
• Ushers and may assist with parking or transportation needs.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Ensure refreshments are available where permitted by law.
• Assist with visitations, memorials and funeral services as needed.
