S.E. Combined Services of Florida is seeking a Funeral Attendant to support services before, during, and after ceremonies. Responsibilities include preparing the deceased and caskets, setting up service rooms, greeting family and guests, and providing information to attendees.

The role may involve driving families and handling post-service tasks. Position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• No prior work experience required; funeral industry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions over the phone or in person.
• Ability to use a personal computer and type.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare casket and deceased for visitation or funeral services, including dressing and transporting the casket.
• Set up rooms for services and tidy chairs, tables, guest books, flowers, keepsakes, and urns.
• Greet visitors, provide programs, answer questions and relay service information.
• May serve as pallbearer or transport families to cemetery site.
• After services, assist with removal, cleaning, storage, and delivery of keepsakes.
